Two Upcoming Mega-Catalysts for Stocks and Crypto
Alex Moschina|April 13, 2024
We did it.
On Thursday, we hosted our big Bitcoin Mega Halving Event. (Here’s a link to the replay if you missed it.)
Thousands of subscribers tuned in to hear Robert and Shah discuss the upcoming halving – now expected to take place on April 19.
If this tried-and-true catalyst does what it’s done three times already, the next 12 months could be exciting indeed for crypto investors.
As Robert has explained over many Total Wealth essays, this is a pivotal moment for Bitcoin and its smaller cousins.
The approval of those 11 Bitcoin spot ETFs in January was huge. But it was also just the latest in a series of events that prove crypto isn’t the flash in the pan some folks thought it was.
The heads of major institutions are now predicting Bitcoin could soon soar past the $100,000 mark.
During our big event on Thursday, Robert talked about his prediction that it will hit $165,000 over the next 18 months.
If so, that would represent a 300% gain from where Bitcoin started the year.
Whether you’re a crypto fanatic or a crypto skeptic, it’s important that you understand what’s happening.

A Critical Week for Stocks
Back in the world of equities… it’s earnings season. And next week will be critical.
As Shah pointed out yesterday, the S&P 500 could be in for a cold splash of reality…
The most commonly cited benchmark index has soared more than 10% this year (though it’s come down a bit in April).
According to Shah, it isn’t just defying gravity… “it’s also testing the limits of a reasonable valuation.”
The way earnings shake out will determine whether the good times continue for stocks.
If the important names don’t beat on earnings… things could get real ugly, real fast.
We don’t have long to wait…
Next week, we will see releases from Goldman Sachs (GS), Bank of America (BAC), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Royal Gold (RGLD), Procter & Gamble (PG) and many others.
As always, our team will have an eye on the most consequential moves… and the best ways to play the action.
